Initial FREE Consultation:
As a courtesy for all new clients, we will
we will meet at your site to discuss your
needs and plans, gather some basic information
about your current system configuration, and
most importantly, learn what we can about
your business and your business processes.
This allows our engineering team to better
recommend a solution designed for you.
Phone Support:
Having an engineer troubleshoot problems with
you over the telephone can be quicker, and
often cheaper than paying for an on-site service
call. Phone Support has a 15-minute minimum
charge. This service is provided by the same
engineers and technicians that provide field
service to our clients, so they are often
familiar with your network and configurations.
Remote Administration:
By using remote access software, our engineers
can connect to your network to perform various
administration tasks, be it resetting a password,
upgrading software on servers and workstations,
or simple periodic maintenance. This service
has a 15-minute minimum charge, and requires
supporting software be installed and running
on the systems to be managed!
On-site Service Call:
If our engineers determine your issue can
not be resolved via Phone Support or Remote
Administration, or at your request, an engineer
will be dispatched to your site, usually the
same day. There is a minimum 1-hour charge
for on-site service calls.
System Monitoring:
Using any of several types of monitoring software
(such as Insight Manager for HP Proliant servers),
we can detect errors in your systems via the
Internet. This information is then sent to
an engineer for resolution. This service may
be used for checking once a day to see if
your web site is up or testing that your email
server is responding every hour. If your hardware
supports it, we can monitor for critical items,
such as failed hard drives or other components.

First hour is charged at $90, Each
additional hour is charged at $75
per hour
Time Block Purchase Basis
You can purchase time block as listed
below
3 Hours = $210
(Additional time is charged at $75
per hour)
4 Hours = $272 (Additional time
is charged at $75 per hour)
6 Hours = $390 (Additional time
is charged at $75 per hour)
When you have purchased
a time block, you can have technician
perform whatever you need get done.
Additional hour charged at regular
rate. No refund on unused time.

For pre-approved business clients
we extend 15 days credit.
